What are 🌀 Circles ?
🌀 Circles (formerly Assemblies)
Groups of members or allied actors within the SOILTRIBES ecosystem who meet regularly to deliberate, make decisions, or coordinate action around a defined scope or responsibility. Circles can be permanent or temporary, strategic or operational, and may differ in their degree of openness.
Functionality:
Circles may host gatherings or dialogues—some open to broader participation, others internal. When open, participants may contribute by attending sessions (subject to capacity), suggesting agenda items, or offering feedback on proposals, decisions, and ongoing processes.
Purpose:
To provide a structured, transparent space for co-governance, collective learning, and care-based decision-making across different dimensions of soil stewardship and community collaboration.
