Welcome to the first day of the Bootcamp!🌱
This day focuses on framing the challenge and beginning to shape concrete project directions. Throughout the day, we will move from understanding the broader political and strategic context to developing early prototypes and exploring possible funding pathways.
We will also begin connecting projects with community mobilisation, digital participation, and alternative funding models, which will be further developed during the bootcamp.
By the end of the day, each group should have a clearer understanding of their project direction and what could realistically exist within the next 90 days.
