Let's build a more open, transparent and collaborative society.
Join, participate and decide.
The proposals published in this section are not individual submissions from challenge owners.
They are documentation and evaluation notes prepared by the Bootcamp facilitation and mentoring team, based on the work developed by the groups during Bootcamp 1 in Porto.
Each entry reflects the facilitators’ and mentors’ observations of how a challenge evolved throughout the Bootcamp process: how initial ideas were reframed, how collaborations emerged, and what potential pathways for implementation were identified.
These summaries aim to:
capture the learning process and evolution of each challenge,
provide useful context for new contributors joining the project,
make the Bootcamp methodology and outcomes transparent to the wider SoilTribes community.
The original ideas and initiatives belong to the challenge owners and their teams, while these proposal entries represent a facilitators’ review and synthesis of the process.
New contributors are warmly invited to explore these challenges, comment, and connect with the teams as the initiatives continue to evolve.
