Following the success of the first SoilTribes Bootcamp in Porto, we are delighted to open a second call for contributors for SoilTribes Bootcamp 2, taking place in Barcelona on 19–20 March 2026.

The Porto Bootcamp brought together challenge-holders, contributors, mentors, and facilitators in a powerful space of co-creation, learning, and action. Many participants expressed a strong willingness to continue engaging and to welcome new voices into the process. This second Bootcamp builds directly on that momentum.

🚀 What is this call about?

We invite members of the SoilTribes Community of Practice (CoP) to join Bootcamp 2 as Contributors.

👉 12 seats available
✈️💸 All expenses covered (travel and accommodation)

As a contributor, you will:

• Cross-pollinate ideas across challenges, territories, and disciplines

• Support challenge teams during co-creation and design sprints

• Test solutions, narratives, and tools in a collaborative setting

• Help document learnings and shape pathways for future implementation

This is an active role: contributors are co-creators, not observers.

🌍 How will contributors be selected?

To ensure a balanced and diverse group, selection will be based on:

• Geographical representation

• Representation of the four SoilTribes pillars
  (Public Sector · Academia & Research · Civil Society · Social Economy)

• Coverage of the SoilTribes priority areas
  (Soil Democracy · Territorial Justice · Commons Stewardship · Regenerative Transitions)
