- What experience would you like to share with the community?
- Community and Educational Gardens are a small but active learning space based in Rabat, Morocco. This initiative has been introduced in several schools to show children how food grows and to reconnect them with nature in a simple and fun way. During the different activities proposed, children get the chance to plant vegetables and herbs in a small garden plot, learn to recognize different plant species, and also explore plants through taste workshops. This gives them the opportunity to learn the importance of caring for healthy soils in order for food to grow better.
- What debate or online activity would you like to propose to your peers?
- An online exchange to explore different ways young people can learn about soils beyond school and community gardens.
