All personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of organizing your participation, in full compliance with GDPR requirements.

By submitting this form and providing your personal information, you consent to Platoniq Foundation processing your data solely for the purpose of travel and accommodation arrangements related to the Bootcamp.
All personal data collected in this form will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of organising your travel and accommodation for the SOILTRIBES Bootcamp, in line with GDPR requirements.

  • Data controller: Platoniq Foundation (Barcelona, Spain)

  • Data Recipients: Platoniq coordination team and, where necessary, the travel agency/hotel/airline. All these, strictly for booking purposes.

  • Data collected: identification and travel details (passport/ID number, date of birth, expiry date, nationality, contact details)

  • Storage & retention: Data will be securely stored, accessed only by authorised staff, and deleted once travel and financial reporting obligations are completed (no later than 31 December 2025)
